Pauline will be teaching at SNOW FARM once again this Fall: Repousse' and Chasing Explore the ancient arts of chasing and repousse'. Two methods of forming and decorating metal that work hand in hand. Repousse' stretches and forms metal front to back, while chasing refines and decorates from the front, adding detail to the front of the work. Chasing is also used as a decorative technique on its own. Check it out: SnowFarm.org 1-413-268-3101 firstname.lastname@example.org
Snow Farm is a great retreat in the Berkshires of Massachusetts. A wonderful get away for creative energy and aligning with other artists.
News !! Visit Pauline's two new web sites…. www.fartlekjewelry.com www.paulinewargdesignsllc.com New things are happening and we want to share with our audience, Thanks !
Class sizes are limited to 6 students in order to have maximum individual attention. We have an enameling and metalsmithing teaching studio that is spacious, bright, clean and well organized. In addition to classes taught by Pauline Warg, guest artists will teach a variety classes.
Our hours are changed with the liquidation of the tool and supply store. WE are open only during the hours of classes. This is only for the classes as we do not have tools and supplies on sale on hand. We sell tools and supplies as are pertinent to our classes to our students and we take special orders. As of April 1, 2017, the teaching studio will only be open during classes ( see "classes"), by appointment or chance. Stay tuned for new methods of registering for classes this SPRING.
If WARG ETC has to cancel a class due to weather or staff illness, a make up class will be held. If a student has to cancel with less than one weeks notice, there is no reimbursement.
Class News: A deposit of $50.00 needs to be paid for registration to be secure. Fill out the registration at the bottom of this page and e-mail to Pauline. She will send a PAYPAL invoice and deposits or class payment may be paid on line. THX pauline via e-mail: email@example.com Thanks!!! Hello friends and fellow metalsmiths!!!! Hope you are having a fun summer and surviving the humidity! It’s been a HOT one, but, it is summer and I don’t know about each of you but I am happy it’s not snowing.
Please read this e-mail carefully, as it will map out the current process of our registration process.
Rachel is a great instructor and in demand. She is such a fabulous instructor and so well liked, it is a real crunch for you to get in to her classes. If you think that not getting signed up the first moment, RELAX, you never know and frequently there are spaces open.
You may also know and realize that Gary and I are not at the studio daily. Having you come to the studio or call can be challenging. This process will eliminate the frustration of getting a busy tone!! Someone is usually in the studio all day Tuesday and all day Wednesday. However I do not want to tie up Rachel’s teaching time on a Tuesday.
Registration will be ONLINE through e-mail.All e-mails are time and dated stamped. So the first come first served will be a no brainer. Nothing before 8AM of 8/29/19 a Thursday will be in the queue.
REGISTRATION HAS NOT BEGUN until 8/29/19 This list will be sent by 8/27/19.
There will be questions to be filled in on the e-mail containing the schedule. When you sign up for a class, fill out the necessary questions & I will send a PAY PAL invoice for the deposit. This is a safe and secure way to send us your $50.00. The invoices will be sent to persons in the order that I receive the e-mails (date & time).
IF you send in the registration and prefer to pay by check, if you are in the time and date queue, I will notify you and you can then send a check. If we do not receive the check in 5 days, the next person in line will be notified.
If you wish to sign up for more than one class, I will send the invoice reflecting that amount due.
Thank you all so much! This system has been working now for 2 years!
